To change Sun Direct base pack, broadcaster’s bouquet, a-la-carte packs follow these steps.
- Turn on your set-top box.
- Visit Sun Direct self-care portal.
- Enter your registered mobile number.
- If you are login to Sun Direct portal for the first time it will ask to create a password.
- Choose any password which has Upper case [A-Z], lower case [a-z] and number[0-9].
- Enter the same password in the second field. You have to use this password for all subsequent logins.
- You can see BROADCASTER BOUQUETS, SUN DIRECT BOUQUETS and A-LA-CARTE options here. Based on your requirement choose an option.
- A list of packs or channels will appear. To select a pack or channel first select validity period. Select 1 month if you want to subscribe to a channel or pack only for a month. After 1-month select pack or channel will be unsubscribed automatically. In case you want to subscribe channel for more than 1 month please select Unlimited. Click on plus sign ‘+’ after that.
- Repeat the above steps for all packs or channels.
- Now check option Agree to the terms and conditions and click on Proceed.
- On the next page review your selection and confirm it.
Changes will reflect on your TV within a few minutes.
