Just half an hour back i have paid an amount 1452/- Rs. by using my ATM card towards recharge of Sun direct HD Tamil value pack through your website plansinfo. Com. The payment was success whereas the recharge was failed. And there was an display that something went wrong and so the cash will be refunded to my ac. Within an hour.
Can you please check and do the needful to get my money back to my ac immediately.

Without my knowledge she she added extra channels in my list & increased monthly subscription. By informing by mail no proper reply received & ask to go on web site http://www.d2h.com which is not in existence. Because my email return stating site not found.
My problem is sudden without my knowledge my monthly subscription increased. Telephonecally informed me that will examine & let me know. After 5 days passed no reply received. When physically examine by me on tv, it was surprised that 8 to 9 paid channels are added to my list. Very bad service.
Also such bad service was observed when I transfer my connection on new address.

I’ve recharged through the online Link which they provided above like “RECHARGE ONELINE NOW” there👆, they have only received money, but failed to recharge, they still show “RECHARGE: PENDING”, “PAYMENT STATUS: SUCCESS” ?! 😤🤬😠😡 Lol, money eaters.
